Great beach access and friendly staff. Lacked an indoor hot tub for rainy days.

Our experience was a complete disaster. The pull-out sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. We also felt misled by the marketing photos, which suggested our room had direct beach access, but in reality, we were stuck in a noisy, crowded condo complex far from the ocean. Adding to our frustration, the bathroom was in dire need of renovation, with cracked and peeling paint that made the place feel even more neglected.

Can just recommend for a weekend outing
Beautiful beach, spacious beach house with wraparound windows and stunning ocean views made our stay even more enjoyable, and having access to a well-maintained pantry stocked with essentials was incredibly convenient.
All was perfect.

Unexpected beachside bliss
Waking up to the sound of waves crashing was magical. The beach at sunrise is breathtaking, providing a picturesque start to each day during our stay.
While the room upgrade was appreciated, being charged $200 due to an error was frustrating. it felt unfair considering the circumstances and prior arrangements.

I had a great time at this resort. The experience was smooth from start to finish. The local food was fresh and tasty. I loved relaxing in the hot tub while watching the sunset. The staff provided essential items when I needed them. I appreciate the excellent customer service, especially when they refunded my deposit during a difficult time. I look forward to returning for more adventures here.
The pull-out sofa was not particularly comfy. The massage experience was not up to expectations.

I had a great time at Pacific Sands. The suite had beautiful views and was well maintained. The beachfront access cannot be beaten. I enjoyed spending time in the outdoor grill area. it made for some fun family barbecues. The surf lessons offered were a highlight for us all. The private hot tub on our deck was perfect for unwinding and watching the sunset. However, I found the pull-out sofa incredibly uncomfortable for sleeping. Additionally, I left a phone charger in the suite, but staff could not locate it, which was disappointing. That said, customer service impressed me in every other regard. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The Suite with Garden View was lovely and well-designed. Clean, modern vibe and super comfy beds. The bottle of wine as a welcome was a nice touch. Just wish they had a hot tub or something indoors to hang out at, especially with the rainy weather. Still, the location's perfect and the fire pits were great for chilling at night.
